PORTAGE, MI — A few weeks ago, a tuna order delivered by a vendor to Sakura 2 in Portage wasn’t up to the restaurant’s standards. So the kitchen manager drove all the way to Chicago to get fresh tuna. It’s a prime example of the high standards the restaurant has for its fresh seafood and sauces.
