Man charged after wild pursuit spanning Ohio, West Virginia early Friday

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WCHS) – A Michigan man was taken into custody early Friday after a wild pursuit from Ohio to West Virginia and back in a stolen vehicle, deputies said. Nathan Matthews, 38, of Pullman, Mich., is accused of leading deputies on a police chase that began on U.S. 35 in Gallia County, before crossing into West Virginia and then back into Ohio, according to a news release from the Gallia County Sheriff’s Office.
