The Kellogg Community College (KCC) Jazz Band will host a Valentine’s Day Dance performance on February 14. The event is open to the public and will be held at the College’s Davidson Visual and Performing Arts Center, located at 450 North Ave., Battle Creek. The performance starts at 7 p.m. in the Davidson Center lobby. Attendees can choose to dance or just listen to the music.
Eric Campbell, a Battle Creek native with a diverse musical background, directs the KCC Jazz Band. Campbell is a freelance trumpet performer experienced in various music genres. He is the president of the Cereal City Concert Band and a former president of the Motor City Brass Band.
The Valentine’s Day Dance performance is a free event. It offers the public an opportunity to celebrate the day with music and dance.
