BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – A 26 year-old Battle Creek man was taken into custody Wednesday morning after he caused a disturbance at the Calhoun County Jail. The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department says the unidentified man entered the bond lobby of the Calhoun County Jail and while holding a knife in his hand, began pounding on the entry door to the interior of the jail.
