KALAMAZOO, MI — Two people were arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 14, for stealing mail and packages out of mailboxes in two Kalamazoo neighborhoods. The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety said a sergeant was on patrol in the Winchell neighborhood when he saw a 26-year-old female and 42-year-old male stealing from mailboxes around 2:45 a.m.
