The Allegan boys bowling team won at the SAC Conference Tournament at Airway Lanes. Before the tournament, the conference gave All-Division awards to the top 10 boys and girls. Silas Neldon, Logan Locatis, Levi Creguer, and Anderson Zoch were among the boys who received awards. The Allegan Boys Bowling Team also secured the Lakeshore Division of the SAC. They competed in the overall tournament for the SAC overall Champion title against 14 other teams.
The tournament started with four baker games. The Allegan boys began slowly, but improved their performance, leading by 60 pins after two games. After four games, their lead reduced to 39 pins as Coloma narrowed the difference. The first of two full games followed, with the Tigers aiming to keep their lead.
The Tigers scored their highest game of the year with a 954, led by Anderson Zoch with a 238. Silas Neldon and Logan Locatis also scored well with 206 and 200 respectively. This performance increased Allegan’s lead to 189 pins, with a total score of 1670, while the second-placed Valley Champion Bronson scored 1481.
