There are a lot of food challenges out there but the Paul Bunyon looks like a lot of fun to try and delicious to eat. The origins of Paul Bunyan are still unknown but the odds are someone in a lumber camp around the Great Lakes came up with this piece of folklore. There is a French Canadian lore about Mr. Bunyan but other’s say he could have come from Minnesota since the Duluth News Tribune was the first to publish the stories.
