KALAMAZOO, MI — Kalamazoo County is the new owner of a solar field. The Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners voted Tuesday, July 2, to buy a solar field at 1421 Healy St. The county had previously leased the solar field and has been putting funds aside for years to make the purchase, officials said.
