Severe weather possible in most of Lower Michigan with tornado risk: When and what to expect

4Warn Weather – Most of Lower Michigan is at risk for severe weather on Monday, and possibly into Tuesday. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the northern half of the Lower Peninsula in a thunderstorm category, while the southern half is under a “marginal” risk for severe weather.
