Severe storm tears roof off building, takes down trees in Southwest Michigan

ST. JOSPEH COUNTY, MI — A severe storm swept through Southwest Michigan Tuesday morning, damaging a building and toppling trees, leaving traffic impacts and power outages. Part of a roof came off of a building in the 1500 block of North Main Street, Three Rivers Police Chief Scott Boling said, and that was the extent of the damage within Three Rivers. It was a manufacturing business, he said, and did not name the specific business.
