BCPD seeks missing man with diminished mental capacity

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Police in Battle Creek are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man who may have diminished mental capacity.

Police did not release the man’s name, but did provide photos of him. They described him as a 57-year-old white man standing about 6 feet and weighing around 240 pounds. He is bald with a goatee and scabs on his face and head. He was last seen wearing a navy blue button shirt and navy blue shorts.

The man was last seen near 10 W. Bidwell St. near Capital Avenue.

Anyone who sees the man or may know where he is is asked to call 911 or Calhoun County Central Dispatch at 269.781.0911.
