KALAMAZOO, MI — Parking meters are coming to the Kalamazoo Mall, starting Wednesday, Sept. 25, city officials confirmed this week. Earlier this year, the city purchased four pay stations to be installed on the Kalamazoo Mall, said City Planner Christina Anderson. To effectively use the new technology, the City Commission needed to update its parking rules.
