BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – Work is set to begin at Claude Evans Park in Battle Creek on Monday, city officials announced Thursday. Crews will first clear the lot north of Helen Montgomery Avenue to make way for new parking lots and other improvements at the Washington Heights area park on Washington Avenue North, officials said.
