BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – City contractors have begun construction work at Claude Evans Park in Battle Creek. In addition to new parking lots, the improvement project will deliver a new cul-de-sac at the south end of Hanover Street, a retention pond for storm water, and additional lighting and cameras for enhanced safety.
