CASS COUNTY, MI – A new solar field, capable of powering about 35,000 homes, is moving forward in Marcellus Township, according to the project developer. Ranger Power’s Steelhead Solar project recently received unanimous approval for a conditional use permit from both the Marcellus Township Planning Commission and Township Board of Trustees, the company said.
