ALLEGAN COUNTY, MI — A woman was found dead in her home after she did not show up for work, the Allegan County Sheriff’s Office reports. On Thursday, Sept. 19, deputies were called to a home in Lee Township to check the welfare of 43-year-old Mable Mills after she did not show up for work. Concerned family members met deputies at the home. They entered and found the woman dead, police said.
