KALAMAZOO, MI – An empty industrial building near the Kalamazoo River has been torn down, making way for a 228-unit apartment complex called River’s Edge. Precision Heat Treating Company sat at 660 Gull Road since 1948, according to public records. Over the next two years, an income-based apartment complex will go up in its place.
