PORTAGE, MI — The first thing you’ll see walking into Tre Lowder’s office is four walls covered with Superman-themed decor. Lowder is the new principal of Portage Northern High School, with two months on the job so far. In school, Lowder said he sees himself as a sort of “Superman,” he said, because he stands up for people who may not be able to stand up for themselves.
