PORTAGE, MI – A free, family-friendly Halloween tradition returns to the city of Portage on Saturday, Oct. 19. Portage’s Department of Parks and Recreation will welcome little trick-or-treaters and their families to its annual Monster Mash from 3 to 7 p.m. in Ramona Park, 8600 S. Sprinkle Road.
