KALAMAZOO, MI — One key to good service in the restaurant industry is retaining long-term servers, bartenders and chefs.
That’s why Greenleaf Hospitality has found a way to keep Old Burdick’s Bar and Grill going during its major renovation project — just in a different space. The Old Burdick’s location at 100 W. Michigan Ave. is closed until fall, but in the meantime, the restaurant has started operating inside The Morning Dish — another of the restaurants inside the Radisson Hotel Plaza.
