Southwest Michigan communities to receive HUD grants for urban housing improvements

Several communities in southwest Michigan will receive funding grants to help improve housing.

U.S. Representative Bill Huizenga (R-Michigan) announced that Battle Creek, Benton Harbor, Holland, Kalamazoo, and Portage will receive funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).
