KALAMAZOO, MI — Some Southwest Michigan school districts are closed after severe storms rolled through the area the night of Thursday, May 15.
The storm sparked tornado warnings and knocked down trees and power lines. Multiple school districts cited downed trees and power outages as their reasons for closing, according to their Facebook pages.
