The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office said in a Friday news release it was requested to assist Colon police in apprehending a “dangerous and violent” person about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 14.
The suspect had allegedly made several threats to residents in the area of Dallas and First streets and had a violent history.
