‘We can’t catch a break’: Storms hit Calhoun County couple’s home twice in two months

CALHOUN COUNTY, Mich. — Residents are still recovering four days after multiple tornados tore through West Michigan on Thursday, leaving thousands without power.

Theresa and Ed Smith, who live on St. Mary’s Lake Road, saw the destruction to their home for the first time Monday after returning from Traverse City.
