KALAMAZOO, MI –– With everything on the line, athletes from Southwest Michigan pulled out all the stops to punch tickets to respective state finals at their respective track and field regional meets this past weekend.
Two teams –– Sturgis and Kalamazoo Hackett –– took home regional championships, while 42 individual titles were awarded to local athletes. Sturgis’ Keyanna O’Tey walked away with four regional titles on the weekend.
