Edison-based nonprofit welcomes family to newly renovated home in community initiative

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The Edison neighborhood in Kalamazoo held an open house Saturday to welcome a family into a rehabilitated home.

The home was purchased and renovated by Edison Initiatives, a nonprofit housing organization that selects a family to place into rehabilitated homes.
