KALAMAZOO, MI – Nearly all staff at the Biggby Coffee at 4560 W. Main Street in Kalamazoo have quit in solidarity after two coworkers were fired this week, multiple ex-employees said.
The dismissals were the final straw in a pattern of abusive language, disregard of employees’ safety and management indifference, several former employees allege.
More than a dozen employees have either been fired or quit in recent weeks, ex-employees said. The store remains open…
