Video: Bombs explode during Van Buren Co. standoff

PINE GROVE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Bodycam video gives a closer look at a Friday standoff where Van Buren County deputies say a man ignited pipe bombs.

The incident happened outside of Gobles in the community of Kendall.

Morgan Scott Parish, 58, was charged with multiple felony charges, including terrorism. His bond was set at $5 million. Deputies were carrying out a warrant on a property looking for Parish after he skipped a sentencing hearing in St Joseph County, said Van Buren County Undersheriff Casey Davis on Friday.
