The helicopter is widely recognized as the iconic workhorse of the Vietnam War.
The flights were part of an experience offered to the public at the Air Zoo in partnership with the Michigan Flight Museum. The museum restores military aircraft and offers civilians the chance to take to the skies, connecting with aviation history first hand.
