Kalamazoo County Commissioner facing charges after alleged domestic violence incident

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. — A Kalamazoo County Commissioner is facing charges in connection to an alleged domestic violence incident in Kalamazoo.

As of Wednesday, Tami Rey is facing two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and two misdemeanor charges of domestic violence (first-offense), according to the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office.
