RICHLAND, Mich. — Pet owners in the Richland area will have the chance to get their four-legged friends free vaccines and microchips on Saturday.
The Richland Animal Rescue said they will set up shop at Pampered Paws Doggie Daycare on North 34th Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering free rabies vaccines and microchips for cats and dogs.
Additionally, the clinic is offering FVRCP vaccines for cats and DHLPP vaccines for dogs, as well as exams and dental assessments.

Appointments are not required as pet owners will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to organizers, who said dogs must be on a leash and cats must be contained in a carrier for safety…
