KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MI — Heritage Community of Kalamazoo has announced plans for a new 55-plus active adult community in Texas Township.
The senior living provider announced Wednesday, Aug. 20, that it has purchased 13.35 acres of land for $1.2 million, just west of the Q Avenue and Eighth Street intersection in Texas Corners. There, it will develop a new community called “The Halstead.”
