The developers bringing “top-tier companies” to Battle Creek expect to break ground in September on the third phase of their 770,000-square-foot industrial project near Fort Custer Industrial Park.
Industrial Partners USA LLC, a joint venture between Portage-based Clark Logic LLC and Great Lakes Capital, a real estate private equity firm based in South Bend, Ind., is developing the phased speculative industrial project at a 77-acre site along I-94 in Battle Creek.
