KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Gryphon Place hosted their 12th annual Suicide Prevention Walk Saturday morning.
Held at Bronson Park, the 5k cause-walk aimed to raise awareness for suicide prevention, allow people to connect, and build a sense of supportive community.

“Everyone here has been touched by suicide in some way. I’ve talked to people here that they lost a loved one, or even if they’ve had thoughts themselves,” said Sarah Mead, Director of Marketing and Advancement for Gryphon Place.
