KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Meijer has announced a $500,000 donation to Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business Food Marketing Program to help fund the development of a new food marketing hub designed to foster innovation and hands-on learning.
The nearly 2,000-square-foot facility will feature flexible, collaborative workspaces for more than 75 students, along with advanced technology for category management training and industry-led workshops. The hub is intended to serve as a bridge between students, faculty, and corporate partners, offering an immersive environment where academic study meets real-world practice.
