KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A man is facing months in prison for setting fire to an unhoused man’s belongings while the man was sleeping outside, according to police.
Scott Hassler pleaded guilty to third degree arson and a controlled substance charge last week. He also pleaded guilty to a breaking and entering charge.
