‘It was like a boom’: Battle Creek Police investigate targeted explosion

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Investigators say they believe that an explosion in Battle Creek on Friday night was a targeted attack.

The Battle Creek police and firefighters responded to the explosion at around 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 17 on Ridge Street near Spring Street.
