The City of Portage, Michigan has launched a new rental housing website, apartments.portagemi.gov, in partnership with CityWise Software. The website is designed to make the rental process easier by providing verified listings specific to the Portage area.
Landlords with fewer than 20 units can list their properties at no cost. Larger property managers can access custom support. Renters can use the site to find city-supported listings.
