THREE RIVERS, Mich. — American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), a Michigan company that makes parts for cars and trucks, plans to upgrade its Three Rivers factory in St. Joseph County. The company will get a five-year, 100% tax break from the state, worth about $978,960, to help pay for the improvements.
