Oklahoma Woman Ordered to Pay Back Money Embezzled from Bay County Convenience Store

An Oklahoma woman has been ordered to pay back thousands of dollars embezzled from a Bay County convenience store in order to avoid jail time.

On Monday, 31-year-old KC Miller appeared virtually before Bay County Circuit Judge Jessie Scott Wood, who delayed sentencing on one count of embezzlement between $1,000 and $20,000 until November of 2026. If Miller is able to repay $39,782 to the 7-Eleven store in Bangor Township where she worked, the felony charge can be replaced with a misdemeanor.
