KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Two teens were hospitalized after a shooting in Kalamazoo Sunday night, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
It happened around 8:40 p.m. on Harding Place off of Westnedge Avenue near Paterson Street, where police were called for reports of shots fired. Two teens, age 16 and 17, were shot and taken to the hospital, KDPS said. Their injuries were not life-threatening.
