KALAMAZOO, Mich. — As families wrap up their turkey dinners and family celebrations, some may be gearing up for their next holiday event: Black Friday shopping.
A recent consumer survey by the National Retail Federation and Prosper Insights & Analytics predicts a record 186.9 million people will be hitting the stores, or their keyboards, to shop Thanksgiving Day through Cyber Monday.
