KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A fun celebration of ugly Christmas sweaters is also serving as a fundraiser for a Kalamazoo organization later today.
The 11th annual Ugly Sweater Event will take place from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Bell’s Brewery. Tickets are now available for $30 in advance, with a limited number offered at the door for $35.
The event benefits Communities In Schools of Kalamazoo. The group says in addition to fundraising, they’re hoping to bring awareness to CIS’s whole child approach of supporting students throughout 23 local Kalamazoo schools.
