FORT GRATIOT TWP., MI — A long-vacant big-box retail building along 24th Avenue is set to be redeveloped this spring, as Burlington Stores plans to open a new location in Fort Gratiot Township.
The off-price retailer will occupy the former Dick’s Sporting Goods building, located at 4715 24th Ave. Burlington’s public relations team said the store is slated to open later this spring, though an exact date has not yet been announced.
