Some schools closed, crashes reported Wednesday

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Some schools in West Michigan called a snow day Wednesday as another system moved in.

Wednesday’s closings were concentrated in Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan, Barry and St. Joseph counties. By 6:45 a.m., there were more than 100 closings and delays.

Drivers faced closures throughout the morning amid crashes and slide-offs.
