ALLEGAN, Mich. — An Allegan County man could spend more than a decade in prison after police say his drunk driving caused a crash that killed 8-month-old Lucia Seifried.
Terry Lee Boss, 57, of Martin, Mich., pleaded no contest Tuesday to second-degree murder in Allegan County’s 48th Circuit Court.
In exchange, prosecutors agreed to dismiss his remaining charges of operating while intoxicated causing death and reckless driving causing death. Prosecutors also recommended a sentence of 13-and-a-half years in prison.
