BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A woman was killed in a two-car crash on M-60 early Friday morning, according to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened on M-60 near 9 Mile Road, about a mile northeast of Union City, Mich., at 7 a.m.

Deputies say two cars were involved in the crash, which happened under icy and snow-drifted conditions.
A 54-year-old woman from Morrice, Mich. died at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office. Her name is being withheld as deputies contact her family.
