KALAMAZOO, MI — The Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners approved $2 million for the “B on Burdick” apartment complex to be constructed near downtown Kalamazoo.
B on Burdick will have 85 apartments for residents earning between 60% and 120% of the Area Median Income. Construction on the Bogan Developments project is expected to start in the summer on the corner of Burdick and Vine streets at 802 S. Burdick St.
