Man gets 8-20 years for supplying drugs that caused Hickory Corners man’s death

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A Kalamazoo man is currently serving time in prison for the 2023 death of a Hickory Corners man, according to the Kalamazoo County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Ryan Boyle, 31, was sentenced Dec. 15 to 8-20 years on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance causing death as a second habitual offender.

This charge stems from Boyle’s role in the death of Ethan Brockway, 32, of Hickory Corners, Mich., according to officials.
