Kalamazoo pollution dispute heads to court in new lawsuit

KALAMAZOO, MI — A judge made an initial ruling in the first step of a recently filed lawsuit over concerns about pollution.

Former Kalamazoo resident Brandi Crawford-Johnson filed the lawsuit in late December, naming the city of Kalamazoo as the defendant.
